Gutter cleaning, sidewalk and patio wash in Woodstock, GA
Woodstock, GA

What we found and what we did
Spent about 2.5 hours at a Woodstock, GA home that was getting ready to go on the market. The work covered three areas: the front entry sidewalk and porch (heavy with bird droppings), the back concrete patio, and the gutters. The homeowner also wanted a light exterior wash on the front of the house.
The concrete work started at the front door area. Bird droppings are acidic and they etch into concrete quickly when they sit, so we pre-treated the affected sections before running the surface cleaner. The sidewalk and entry porch cleaned up well. We then moved to the back patio, which had a season's worth of dirt and organic buildup. The before photos tell the story there — the patio came back to a clean, even grey after two passes with the surface cleaner. The screened porch area adjacent to the patio got a rinse down as part of that pass.
The front of the house received a low-pressure soft wash to pull pollen and grime off the siding. Nothing aggressive, just enough to freshen the exterior ahead of listing photos. On a home going to market, the siding wash and concrete cleaning matter more than most homeowners expect — buyers notice the front entry before they notice almost anything else.
Gutters were cleaned by hand and flushed out. Woodstock gets enough tree cover that gutters load up fast, especially in spring and fall. We flushed the downspouts to confirm they were running clear before we left.
The concrete patio after-shot in the hero image gives a good read on the final result — fresh surface, no streaking, screened porch exterior looking clean alongside it.
