House washing, driveway cleaning, and concrete patio in Woodstock, GA

In July 2026 we visited a residential property in Woodstock, GA for a three-surface job: a soft wash on the house exterior, driveway cleaning on the concrete out front and along the side, and a pressure wash on the rear concrete patio.

The house washing was a soft wash on vinyl siding. The siding had algae growth and general dirt buildup, and we ran a sodium-hypochlorite mix with surfactant at low pressure to clear it.

Bottom-Up Application, Top-Down Rinse

Technique matters on vinyl. We applied the mix bottom-up so the chemistry didn't streak down dry siding, let it dwell, then rinsed top-down. The before-and-after on the vinyl was sharp.

We ran multiple passes during the clean to work through the buildup. The during and after shots confirm the slab came back clean across the full surface.
