Vinyl Siding: Low Pressure, Bottom-Up, Timed Dwell

The vinyl got a sodium-hypochlorite mix with surfactant applied at low pressure, bottom-up, with a timed dwell to knock out the algae before rinsing.

Brick Entryway: Lighter Mix, Longer Dwell

The brick got a lighter mix with a longer dwell, keeping pressure well below the threshold that can work into mortar joints.

Porch Ceiling and Soffits: Careful Rinsing Around Trim

The porch ceiling and soffit areas were rinsed carefully to avoid pushing water behind any trim.
